"I do not know where to begin to truly describe this business and the employees at this office. In 37 years I have never received customer service like I have from this office with any business, organization, or company that can even compare to the service that I have received from these amazing people.
If I am completely honest writing this review, there is no way I can describe how these amazing people have helped during my times of need. The past few years have been unreal and difficult, to say the least. During times I was struggling financially I would call and explain my situation and without judgement or needing further explanation they immediately began doing everything in their power that they could possibly do to help me. But, it did not just and there, The support, encouragement, compassion, understanding and kind words provided by them were honestly more than I had seen from normal everyday people I know and didn’t know. Because of this, they have become more of a family to me than a business.
I’ve never experienced an organization or business as I said above to exhibit this type of customer service. And from past experience insurance companies more than any businesses have never been very understanding nor compassionate, but without a doubt I know I can always count on them.
If you’re looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and just amazing insurance company and need a new or switch any insurance, the only call you should and need to make is to this office. Not only because of how amazing they are; but, the rates and coverage you get are unbeatable.
